This succulent may be a hybrid of or relation to crassula falcata, as there is a strong resemblance. Differences are that this plant has longer, thinner leaves, and they are green rather than blue. In addition, flowers range from red to pink in this case, rather than the scarlet red exclusive to falcata. Your plant is 2 to 6″ in height/diameter.
